DSM is a privately held company. DSM Principals David Shvo, CEO, brings 27 years of experience in IT. David became intimately familiar with telephony billing as a senior project manager at Amdocs, a leading developer of telephone billing systems. He worked as an independent consultant to Motorola, satellite TV provider Yes!, and other telecommunications providers, primarily in the fields of billing, CRM and communications. He was CEO and general manager of GSS, a company that developed and implemented telecommunications management systems worldwide. When GSS merged with another consulting company, Kolnet, in 1992, David left to found DSM. David Holds a MSc in Information Technologies Management (Summa cum Lauda) from Tel-Aviv Univesity. Arie Fogel, COO and Director of Implementation, was vice president of Information Systems for ISCAR Blades, a leading aerodynamics developer, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing of SIT, an international ERP implementation firm. Arie specializes in the field of ERP and CRM systems, and has implemented dozens of these systems in companies of all sizes and types. Arie holds an MSc in International Marketing from Bar Ilan University. Joel Epstein, Marketing - Joel, was CMO for Modus Novo, one of the first developers to offer a solution for ASP billing. Prior to Modus Novo, Joel was CEO of The Billing Group, which ran implementation projects in all the Israeli telephone service providers, including Pelephone, Golden Lines (international), Cellcom, Barak (international), PCI and Bezeq. Before that, Joel worked for Amdocs, one of the worlds leaders in the field of telecom billing. He was responsible for customer implementation activities, and developed the methodology used by Amdocs for project implementation.
